Welcome to Pagan WhispersPagan Whispers offers you the opportunity to explore Pagan spirituality in many ways through Pagan Books, Pagan Correspondence Courses and Paganism Workshops. Pagan spirituality is often feared and frequently misunderstood, being both fused and confused with the practice of Satanism and the worship of the devil. The devil, however is a purely Christian concept portrayed as an evil force who acts against God, tempting mere mortals away from the light and into the dark realms. In truth, Paganism in its many forms acknowledges a Divine presence within nature. This presence can be masculine and feminine, benevolent and destructive, and is acknowledged and celebrated throughout the year with beautiful seasonal festivals. The festivals may vary according to the Pagan path followed but in the main there are eight. These include the four astrological festivals of the European Neolithic farmers and the later Anglo Saxons, namely: the Winter and Summer Solstice and the Spring and Autumn Equinox and the four cross quarter festivals of the Celts incorporating Imbolc, Beltane, Lughnasadh and Samhain. Pagan Whispers offers several ways in which to explore the Pagan path, from reading about it, to undertaking more formal Pagan training courses according to the method of learning which feels comfortable for you. Choose from: Mrs Darley's Pagan Whispers clearly sets out the eight Pagan festivals, all of which are interwoven with enigmatic tales of wisdom and mystery from the delightful Mrs Darley. This Pagan training course offers support and guidance as you take your first steps along the Pagan path. It explores in detail the eight major festivals of the year and becomes a journey of self discovery. Each of these Pagan Workshops run for a full day and are packed with information, discussion, meditation and simple craftwork to celebrate the festivals. Insight Natural Health |
